

Italian Sunday Gravy
Slow cooked flank steak, sausage and country style pork ribs in a basic tomato sauce with onions, garlic and herbs. After 8 hours on low (crock pot); shredded the flank steak (bite sized pieces), deboned the pork and cut the sausage in half. Put all the meats back and cooked for another half hour or so. Served it over ziti with grated cheese.
