Spice Rubbed Pork Loin
Pork loin coated with an array of spices (cumin, Cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, ground sage, black pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic and a few more) ; seared and served with steamed broccoli and fettuccine in a Parmesan sauce.

Started a meat sauce as well. I had a few sausages in the meat drawer and some small parcels of ground beef in the freezer & thought it would be a good idea. There will be a dinner with this shortly.
