1-3-11

Rump Steak
Not a real popular cut, but delicious when cooked properly. I seared the steak in a smoking hot saute pan and finished it in a slow oven - the key is to cook this to medium/medium rare, no less. Served the steak with steamed broccoli and fettuccine Alfredo with home made fettuccine.
