Chicken Stir Fry
Thin slices of chicken breast stir fried with Napa cabbage, carrot, red pepper, poblano pepper, zucchini, snow peas, ginger, garlic and scallion; finished with, white wine, stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Thai basil and cilantro. The sauce was thickened with corn starch and served over basmati rice.
