Cheesy Macaroni with Turkey
I donned my cafeteria hair net and made macaroni & cheese with leftover smoked turkey (dark meat). I made the sauce with cheddar, Asiago and American cheese; yes, American, hard to believe, but a processed cheese helps stabilize the sauce - just a few slices worth. The smoked turkey made it taste like I added smoked Gouda. Served it with steamed broccoli.
