Bay scallops sauteed with minced onion, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper and lemon zest finished with white wine and whole butter; tossed with fettuccine and steamed broccoli. Bay scallops get a bad wrap usually because people tend to over cook them. They need about 3 minutes of cooking time. I saute them first, remove them, and then toss in the final dish to season with the sauce.
