Not quite Alfredo more like Alfredo Lite. Chunks of chicken breast sauteed with onion, garlic and red pepper. Deglazed with white wine and chicken stock; finished with a splash of heavy cream and grated Asiago cheese. All tossed with cavatapi pasta and al dente broccoli. Topped with more grated Asiago. Much lighter than the classic.
