Roast Chicken Breast
Bone in chicken breast, seasoned and roasted @ high heat. Served with broccoli that I steamed and then tossed in a mixture of fresh lemon juice, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper; topped with grated Asigo cheese. Also had a half a baked potato - yes, half - a small baked potato is 7-8 oz.; why go through the task of weighing raw pasta only to gorge on a giant potato? Besides, I'd rather have more meat & veg.
