Pork Stir-Fry
Thin slices of pork loin stir fried with snow peas, zucchini, carrot, red pepper, Jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic and ginger; finished with oyster sauce, stock, soy sauce, sriracha, mirin and basil. Served over basmati rice.
