Mahi Mahi
A lightly flowered Mahi Mahi fillet sauteed and topped with a wine/butter/lemon/basil/parsley/shallot sauce; served with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. Ooops, "spilled" some of the sauce on the broccoli.
