Italian Sunday Gravy (see earlier post) served over home made cavatelli pasta.
Cavatelli is a sort of a cross between gnocchi & regular pasta. I'm sure you can make them by hand, I have a hand cranked maker.
Had a small salad and garlic bread with the pasta.
