Lemon Basil Chicken
Chicken breast cutlets lightly floured and sauteed with minced onion, deglazed with white wine, lemon juice and chicken stock; finished with lemon zest, basil and a touch of whole butter. Served with a mixed vegetable sauteed and rice pilaf; nice to have a home cooked meal back from vacation.
