Spicy Beef & Green Beans
Some left over steak sliced thinly stir-fried with green beans, red peppers Serrano peppers, onion, garlic and ginger. The sauce is a mix of soy sauce, oyster sauce, stock, mirin, basil, cilantro and parsley thickened with corn starch slurry; served over basmati rice.
